Upward Running equips local leaders, called Run Coaches, with the tools and support they need to launch a walking or running program right at their church. Designed especially for beginners, this 12-week 5K Challenge offers encouragement, structured training plans, and Christ-centered resources to help your group take their next steps physically and spiritually.

When you partner with Upward Running, you’re not just starting a fitness group—you’re launching a powerful outreach that builds community, strengthens faith, and meets people right where they are. And the best part? You won’t be doing it alone. Our team is ready to walk alongside you every step of the way with training, resources, and ongoing support through our MyUpward portal.
