What is the Lock In Summer Challenge?
It’s a 12-week run/walk program designed to help you start where you are and cross a finish line.
Is this really for beginners?
Yes. No running experience required. You can walk, jog, or run.... whatever it takes to keep moving forward. We have running and walking plans from beginner to advanced.
When does it start?
We lock in on June 1. That’s when the summer challenges officially begin.
Do I have to run the whole thing?
No. This is a run/walk program, which means walkers, joggers, and beginners are welcome. However, if you are not a beginner and looking for an advanced plan, we also have that!
What do I get in the RunClub App?
You’ll get your step-by-step training plan, real coaching, weekly guidance, and encouragement to help you stay consistent. We have new and fresh content DAILY!
Are there meetups?
Yes. We’ll kick things off with a virtual Lock-In Meetup on June 1 at 9:00 PM, plus weekly virtual meetups to keep you accountable.
What if I miss a workout?
Life happens. Just pick back up and keep going. The goal is progress, not perfection.
